About the Role
This is a frontend engineering role for strong engineers who care about product behaviour, maintainable systems, performance, and shipping polished interfaces that hold up in production. You should be able to identify and solve bottlenecks across rendering, network usage, and frontend reliability.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong Vue.js proficiency
- Care about product behaviour, thinking about how interfaces work for real users and not just how they look
- Ability to build maintainable, well-structured frontend systems
- Performance awareness: you can identify and fix bottlenecks in rendering, network usage, and reliability
- Experience shipping polished interfaces in production environments
- Comfortable working in fast iteration cycles with product designers and backend engineers
- Experience with B2B or enterprise applications is a plus
What Success Looks Like
In the first 6 months, the strongest engineers here ship meaningful work to production consistently, become dependable in at least one core area of the product, and identify edge cases and failure modes early. They reduce noise for the team by bringing more clarity, ownership, and predictability.
The Environment
Product decisions are tied to operational reality. Engineers are expected to understand workflows, not just APIs. Documentation, reviews, instrumentation, and iteration matter. Delivery is visible and predictable.
