Marketing Executive
Brand Awareness · Customer Acquisition · Campaigns · B2B Growth
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement for our digital freight platform. You will play a key role in promoting our services among fleet owners and shippers, working closely with sales and operations to turn market understanding into campaigns that move the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end to end, from research and content through to execution and measurement.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–4 years of marketing experience, ideally with B2B or a logistics/tech platform
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and track their performance
- Conduct market research and translate findings into action
- Create marketing content and manage brand visibility
- Coordinate closely with sales and operations
- Organize events and partnerships
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical ability
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing
- 3–4 years of marketing experience
- Logistics or tech platform experience preferred
What Success Looks Like
In the first 6 months, the strongest marketers here run campaigns that measurably grow awareness and acquisition among fleet owners and shippers. They understand the operational reality behind the platform, partner well with sales and operations, and make decisions grounded in research and performance data rather than guesswork.
What We Offer
- Fast-growing startup exposure
- Hands-on B2B marketing experience
- Direct interaction with leadership
- Real growth opportunities as the team scales
The Environment
Marketing here is tied to operational reality. You are expected to understand the workflows of fleet owners and shippers, not just run campaigns. Research, content, instrumentation, and iteration matter. Speed matters, but not at the cost of judgment.
